SOLD bsolutely stunning antique Hoosier cabinet by Sellers has been recently restored to original glory with incredible attention to detail. The oak cabinet has brass and glass hardware with inset slag glass panels in the upper cabinet doors. This piece is loaded with convenient features, true to the function of this “Kitcheneed” cabinet as the primary workspace in an early 20th century kitchen. The tall left cabinet door contains an aluminum flour sifter with pamphlets on menu preparation and cooking times mounted inside the doors. The cabinet to the right has a single shelf with door racks and a “daily reminder” ingredient list for pantry staples. A tambour door beneath houses a swiveling sugar jar with storage space. The ivory worksurface pulls out for additional functionality, with a meat grinder attached to the side. Four drawers are situated beneath the work surface, one of with containing an aluminum bin with sliding cover. The lower cabinet has a door rack, wire shelf, and pull out tray. The entire piece sits on caster feet. This cabinet includes additional baking and cooking accessories such as a sifter, mallet, and rolling pin with informational materials.
